Celebrate Pistol Whip’s 5th Anniversary with a Free Weekend + 50% Discount! Plus: Win a Game Key!

It has officially been five years since Pistol Whip rushed onto the scene (see what we did there?) across VR headsets, where it quickly became one of the Top Virtual Reality Games of all time.

Over the last five years, Pistol Whip has racked up awards and accolades as far as the eye can see. Throughout this journey, we’ve seen our flagship VR game win plenty of “Best Of” awards from the folks over at UploadVR, to those at Polygon, SXSW, and NYX. And who could forget one of our most cherished moments - Pistol Whip’s win for Game of the Year (GOTY) at the D.I.C.E Awards in 2020.

We’ve also listened to multitudes of feedback from the community, applying these suggestions into new features, modes, and modifiers. It’s thanks to you, Heroes! <3

But if we had to choose our two favourite things about Pistol Whip while we celebrate the game’s birthday, it would have to be the free content updates and Remixes (AKA community mods).

You’ll now find over 40 official Scenes in the game, alongside two Cinematic Campaigns and over a whopping 380 community mods. This means there are over 400(!) Scenes to choose from right now, whether you’re jumping into Pistol Whip to feel like a complete badass, or if you’re doing your daily workout.

Good news for you aspiring Heroes: we’ll be hosting a Free Weekend on Steam from November 8 to 11! Get access to everything in the game, including all of the official content and access Remixes right in-headset so you can play to your heart’s content.
