The Triple Sweat 30 Day Challenge

Without further ado - here’s what you have to look forward to! You can also find a printable PDF version of the Triple Sweat challenge here if you’d like to track your progress.


Be sure to hydrate, stretch, and track your heart rate regularly through each warm up and challenge 💪


30 Days of Triple Sweat


Day 1 (Synth Riders):

Tonight's Hard! Play Sunset Neon's "Tonight" w/ Force mode

This one can be a little unforgiving, so adjust the difficulty as needed. While Force mode isn't about boxing / hitting the notes, you can certainly go for it — just turn on "No Fail." 


Day 2 (Racket Club):

Machines don't get tired...

Practice with the ball machine for at least 20 minutes


Day 3 (Pistol Whip):

Play The Heartbreaker Trilogy with the Vengeance modifier enabled

Take it up a notch by using a Burstfire weapon OR take it down a notch by enabling the Bulletproof modifier.


Day 4 (Synth Riders):

A-Void the obstacles in "Into the Void"

Practice your squats in the wall tunnels - bonus, set your height a little lower if you want more of a challenge!


Day 5 (Racket Club):

Your money's worth, and calories burnt!

Play one match of each sport back-to-back (pickleball, table tennis, box tennis and spinminton).


Day 6 (Pistol Whip):

Complete the Weekly Contract twice without stopping

Try and beat your first score


Day 7 (Synth Riders):

Play Radiohead's “Creep” and move a little weird.

Dip into our Electro-Swing tracks to kick things off. More ambitious? Jump into Racket Club or Pistol Whip (or BOTH!) after this swingin' warm-up routine.


Day 8 (Racket Club):

Wide Out, Walled In

Play three box tennis matches on a wide court


Day 9 (Pistol Whip):

Complete the Smoke & Thunder Campaign 

Channel your inner Jessie (yeehaw!) and play through it on the highest difficulty you can manage


Day 10 (Synth Riders):

Move like weird "Voidwalkers."

Keep your elbows close to your body as you play and move a little like you're creepin' in the void.  This will encourage you to shift your bodyweight and use your legs to follow the notes!  DISCLAIMER: If you're doing it right, you're going to look like a weirdo.


Day 11 (Racket Club):

Back wall ON

Play a box tennis match with the "back wall on" setting enabled.


Day 12 (Pistol Whip):

Complete 3 Arcade Scenes with the Brawler modifier enabled

Take it up a notch by enabling the Deflector modifier OR Take it down a notch by enabling the Bulletproof modifier. Need some Scene suggestions to get you started? Try Lilith, R U Afraid, and Death.


Day 13 (Synth Riders):

Take a step outside with “Paris Night Walk”

Get your feet moving by sidestepping the walls. Bonus: Play this in Spiral Mode, you're going to have to get down low and lean hard to go all the way around the cylinder in the wall sections while keeping your full combo


Day 14 (Racket Club):

No breaks!

Play three consecutive games of any of the sports with no break


Day 15 (Pistol Whip):

Play through Elixir of Madness! with the High Velocity modifier enabled

Take it up a notch by enabling the Glitch modifier OR take it down a notch by enabling Bulletproof modifier


Day 16 (Synth Riders):

Play through 80s Mixtape Side A AND Side B (DLC) at the highest difficulty you can manage.

(Sweat band and lycra optional) If it's too much for you, take a break between sides of the Mixtape or add a couple modifiers to make it easier for you to focus such as No-Fail mode.


Day 17 (Racket Club):

Does this thing even work? 

Play a box tennis match with the default racket


Day 18 (Pistol Whip)

Complete the Daily Contract five times

Track how many times you’re able to beat your score.


Day 19 (Synth Riders):

Headbang with the dead through “Go” by Dance With the Dead

Of course your headbanging may vary (Don't hurt your neck!), but your goal should be to move more of your upper body while riding the rails. Kind of like being in a mosh pit...without actually being IN the pit.


Day 20 (Racket Club):

Become a Champion 

Win a tournament in career mode


Day 21 (Pistol Whip):

Play 3 Arcade Scenes with the Glitch modifier enabled 

Take it up a notch by enabling High Velocity OR take it down a notch by enabling Bulletproof. Need some Scene suggestions to get you started? Try High Priestess, Akuma, and The Fall. 


Day 22 (Synth Riders):

S.W.E.A.T. playing Prizm's "L.O.V.E." (Normal difficulty)

If trying to chase a score is too much on this one, no-fail mode is always an option. After all, it's about getting out there and L.O.V.I.N.G. what you're doing!


Day 23 (Racket Club):

Out of reach, in it together <3

Play a doubles match on any wide court


Day 24 (Pistol Whip):

Complete the VOIDSLAYER Collection with the Bullet Hell modifier enabled

Take it up a notch by enabling Vengeance OR take it down a notch enabling Bulletproof


Day 25 (Synth Riders):

Non-stop dance mayhem during "Nightmare Cure" in Spiral Mode.

Sure, Synth Riders tracks head and arm movement, but activate Spiral Mode and move your feet as well! Bonus points if you bop to the beat with your feet while playing.


Day 26 (Racket Club):

Wingspan Warrior

Play three spinminton matches on a wide court


Day 27 (Pistol Whip)

Complete the Monthly Ultimatum

Too difficult? Play the same Scenes with your preferred modifiers in Arcade on your chosen difficulty.


Day 28 (Synth Riders):

Shadow box to the beat in "Takeover" by Zardonic (Hard difficulty) 

Bashing notes to the beat will give you one HELL of an upper body and cardio workout. So be sure to take a break after trying this activity. Check your heart rate, stretch, then get back to the fun when you're feeling ready!


Day 29 (Racket Club):

Pickleball Panorama

Play three pickleball matches on a wide court


Day 30 (Pistol Whip):

Complete the 2089 Campaign

Channel your inner Jon Asimov and play through it on the highest difficulty you can manage
